Markley Cove Water-Based Recreation Support and Associated Hospitality Services and Facilities with concession areas at Lake Berryessa, California; City of Montebello Riverscape Conservatory Project (Rivers and Mountains Conservancy) for the San Gabriel/ Los Angeles Riverway Restoration and Proposition 12 and 40 of California Clean Water, Clean Air Safe Neighborhood Parks, and Coastal Protection Act.

COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY AWARDS
Digital High Schools, Literacy Challenge Grants, 21st Century Learning, and a Telepsychiatry Network.

PUBLIC SAFETY AND SOCIAL SERVICES AWARDS
Alcohol and Drug Prevention, Domestic Violence Services, Gang Violence and Gang Suppression, Law Enforcement, Juvenile Drug Court, Community Policing, Mentoring, and a Juvenile Detention Facility for the State of Utah.

HEALTH INITIATIVES
